POLE Tumor Development: Mutagenesis, DNA Damage, and Genome Instability
The current projects in the lab are all with the goal to study the mechanisms of mutagenesis, DNA damage, and genome instability that help the development of tumors with mutations in POLE, which are some of the most highly mutagenic tumors observed.
